Life Membership Update
Life Membership of The Carp Society recognises individuals who have made exceptional and lasting contributions to both the wider carp fishing community and the Society itself.
Since its introduction, Life Membership has been awarded to more than 85 individuals, some of whom have sadly passed away. The Life Members list reflects a broad and highly respected cross-section of the carp angling world, including well-known anglers, former committee members, and long-serving volunteers such as regional meeting heads, bailiffs, and other individuals who have given outstanding service to the Society.
At a recent Directors’ meeting, it was agreed that some long‑serving bailiffs who have provided sustained and valuable service to the Society should be recognised. As a result, the following bailiffs have been awarded Life Membership.
