LAKE CLOSURES
Horseshoe Lake is closed from time to time for events.
To avoid disappointment please check the events listing before your visit.
To fish Horseshoe, first join The Carp Society on-line, then you'll be eligible for 24hr tickets.
Consider buying 'Horseshoe Dreams' DVD before your first visit - it really helps familarise you with the lake and how to fish it.
Our Headquarters are based at Horseshoe Lake in Gloucestershire in our fantastic Fishing Lodge, where we have an on-site tackle shop for all your rig and bait requirements.
We have three premier lakes, two in the South and one in the North. Details for all can be found under Waters.
We run a number of events each year, in particular the Winter Show at Sandown Park in Esher, Surrey. Details under Events
In response to our members' requests, we are delighted to announce the introduction of a number of new Ticket Options.
With immediate effect
Flexibility:
Our popular 24 hour ticket now runs from the time of arrival. The standard ticket has run from 10am-10am, but now we can offer the hours to suit you.
Long Stay:
4 nights for the price of 3.
96 hours for £60.
Concessions:
Juniors 25% off Day and 24 hour tickets.
Junior Day Rate £7.50, 24 hour rate £15.00.
Juniors must be 15 or under and must be accompanied by an adult member. One Junior per adult.
Senior 25% as above.
Seniors are classed as 65 and over.
Seniors can also buy an Annual Permit at 25% discount.
3rd Rod:
As an add-on for Day or 24hour tickets, £5 extra per 24hr session. Only applies to double swims.
3rd Rod - Annual Permits:
As an add-on for Annual Permits, £50 per year.
Only applies to double swims.
