CONTACTING US

Our office telephone is answered during office hours Monday to Friday, though at busy times we may not be able to respond. (We may be serving in the shop or out on the lake.) There is an answerphone and we will get back to you as quickly as we can.
Saturday mornings we can rarely get to the phone as the shop is busy so please make sure you reach us by Friday 5pm.
If your enquiry is not urgent you can email us. |
VISITORS

Security is important to us and so if you would like to look around the lake with a view to joining/fishing, please call at the office so that we can issue you with a Visitor Badge.
Non-fishing wives or partners accompanying Anglers can easily be added as either Passport Holder or Additional Adult.
This method means that we know the identity and contact details of everyone on the lake. |

| OPENING HOURS |
| Horseshoe Lake is open all year, except for several short periods to allow events to take place. To avoid disappointment please check Events before your visit. |
| ARRIVAL |
| The first time you come to fish at Horseshoe, we would like to meet you, so please arrive during normal office hours, shown above. |
| TO FISH OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS |
If you are planning to arrive outside of office hours, for example on over the Weekend or Bank Holidays, we can arrange for you to collect your ticket from the Bailiff. Please pre-purchase your tickets by phone by Friday noon.
(You must be in possession of a ticket to cover the hours you will be fishing.)
The Gates are locked outside of office hours; that is at 4pm overnight until 9am next day, Monday to Friday and all weekend. We regret, THERE IS NO ADMITTANCE AFTER 4PM. |
